I believe you already hold the power within to guide and create the life you most want. I help you uncover your potential and harness your personal power.

As a Lifestyle and Mindfulness Coach, I work with you to help you connect to your inner wisdom by creating clarity and choice with personal and professional transitions.  I help you cut through the barriers that have prevented you from living a more authentic and purposeful life.  My approach to coaching begins with the premise that you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole.  With this as a starting point, I help you remove the fear and story of being broken or in need of fixing.

Wherever you feel stuck, together we explore and confront the root of internal barriers, paving the way to a more dynamic and open-minded understanding of your potential. Over the years of practicing with a wide spectrum of backgrounds in tandem with my own beliefs, my practice has evolved and matured into a simple (yet not always easy) framework to help you create impactful and meaningful long-term change.

These concepts are not linear but rather are layered synergistically with each other. They encompass different ways of understanding, contemplation, and action.

The first of these starts with what defines me as a Lifestyle coach, which means I consider the whole picture of your life. We don’t live in a vacuum and it is important to know how these elements affect one another in a very real way. This whole picture encompasses the Mind, Body and Spirit. We work to create a game plan that includes a healthy balance of awareness in each of these areas. Optimal well -being is dependent on the inclusion and fostering of all three of these important aspects:

  • Mind: understanding our mental health, mindsets, perspectives, etc.

  • Body: how we care and nourish our physical bodies through movement and nutrition.

  • Spirit: how we think about and understand connections to higher powers and source energy

There are many things we need to know and learn in order to live happy and purposeful lives.  In order to feel empowered, we need to understand that we have the ability to always choose.  Over the many years of working with my clients, I have found these concepts particularly important in creating our power to choose and this personal power comes from understanding the concepts of Beliefs, Control and Purpose:

  • Beliefs: understanding the pivotal role that beliefs and narratives play in shaping our realities.

  • Control: grasping the concept of what is in our control, and what is not helps to shift focus to places where we can impact real and meaningful change.

  • Purpose: understanding our life’s purpose and creating awareness around what is truly meaningful helps us stay on track and have a greater understanding of our choices and how they affect the bigger picture.

When setting out on a journey of change, we need a path to help us stay on course.  You already hold the power within you to guide and create the life you most want. To help uncover your potential and harness your personal power, we work in the guiding principles of knowledge, wisdom, and grace:

  • Knowledge is the root of all change.  Through self-exploration, curiosity, questioning, and being open to new ways of thinking and being, we gain the skills needed to help move us forward.

  • Wisdom is the ability to employ our new learning in ways that improve our lives and many times, the lives of others around us.

  • Grace can be of a spiritual nature, but often is also a quiet and confident understanding of ourselves and perhaps, a higher power at play in our lives

Mindfulness is an overarching concept to all of these elements.  As a Mindfulness Coach, I introduce the benefits of what having a mindfulness practice can mean in so many amazing ways. To move into the realm of awareness and conscious living is one of the best gifts one could ever give to themselves!  Working with a mindfulness practice and helping to strengthen those skills, is beneficial to every aspect of life.
